1. Service description

charmbox.ai provides cloud-hosted physical phone hardware that can be operated by AI agents or manually by users. Each rental includes a real Android device with eSIM support, AI app control, and carrier connectivity.

2. Acceptable use

You are responsible for how you use charmbox devices. You agree not to use the service for any activity that violates applicable laws or the terms of service of third-party platforms. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate this policy.

3. Billing

Rentals are billed per account per month. All features are included. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.

4. eSIM and accounts

You bring your own eSIM. Any accounts, credentials, or data associated with your eSIM are your responsibility. When your subscription ends, your eSIM and accounts remain yours.

5. Limitation of liability

charmbox.ai is provided as-is. We are not liable for actions taken by AI agents on your behalf, account suspensions by third-party platforms, or any indirect damages arising from use of the service.
